This kit provides everything you need to confidently lead a training session or leadership development program on your own. For use with the Everything DiSC Work of Leaders® profile (sold separately). This will also include a free EPIC Account (a $162 value).
The kit is designed to be flexible and comprehensive. It uses a modular design to create an end-to-end leadership development program. It features five 60- to 90-minute modules, thought-provoking group discussions, experiential learning activities and all new leadership-focused video. Using the framework of Vision. Alignment, and Execution, Work of Leaders encourages leaders to understand their own leadership behaviors and how they impact their effectiveness.
